UPC is a small guild for a group of focused individuals. Core group is danish, but we love to play with all the english speaking people.
At the moment we are in second wing icc.
We are relying heavily on rl friends that are in other guilds, as well as straight out pug ppl.
Requirement for every raid, including farm content, is vt 3.0 hearing (not speaking neccesarily) and patience. This goes for upc members, as well as puggies.
Tactics are always explained prior to every boss encounter, to include the puggies in the proffesional raiding attitude we have.
All puggies names are added to positive or negative list on the forum for future reference.
Join requirements:
HC grind over for both specs - meaning 232 and maybe one 219 for both sets.
Gear level at our farm content + at least 1 frost piece (not trinket). (atm this means 5k minimum)
Attitude is proffesional, adult, direct, no quarters taken or asked and especially no emo bullshit.
Specs are always: healer/dps, tank/dps or aoe/single dps - we can make exceptions for exceptional pvp players.
Gear is divided at every boss encounter in a ms roll, os roll manner. Puggies are allowed equal loot chances on ALL loot.
As we rely heavily on pugs, attitude to the outside and ability to make friends is rated really high.
It is ok that you are not an elite player starting now, but important is that your aim is to become a better player, as well as your ability to know who is and get their advice.
Currently 10 m team needs:
Ranged dps.
25 man needs all except tanks:
Ranged dps, Pally healer, extra raid healer, exceptional melee.
